Addiction Foods 正在招募一位積極、以成果為導向的 業務專員（Sales Executive），負責拓展北台灣地區的業務。
此職位為實際外勤業務角色，主要負責開發新客戶、管理既有客戶、提升產品鋪貨率，並與零售通路及寵物產業合作夥伴建立良好且長期的合作關係。
主要職責
- 負責並提升 北台灣區域 的銷售業績。
- 定期拜訪 寵物店、零售通路、經銷商及其他客戶。
- 向客戶介紹及推廣產品、新品及銷售方案。
- 開發新客戶並擴大產品鋪貨及通路覆蓋率。
- 管理既有客戶、追蹤訂單並維持良好的客戶關係。
- 掌握競品動態、價格及市場機會。
- 達成公司所設定的銷售、通路及客戶成長目標。
必要條件
- 至少 2 年 FMCG 快速消費品或寵物食品產業之外勤業務經驗。
- 具實際 店家拜訪、產品銷售／介紹、業務開發及客戶管理 經驗。
- 熟悉北台灣市場。
- 能接受大部分工作時間在外拜訪客戶。
- 具良好的溝通、談判及客戶關係建立能力。
- 具業績導向，並能獨立完成工作。
- 必須持有有效汽車駕照。

Addiction Foods is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business across North Taiwan.
This is a hands-on field sales role focused on developing new customers, managing existing accounts, increasing product distribution, and building strong relationships with retailers and pet industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales across the North Taiwan territory.
- Conduct regular store visits to pet shops, retailers, distributors, and other customers.
- Present and promote products, new launches, and sales programs.
- Develop new customers and expand distribution coverage.
- Manage existing accounts, follow up on orders, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and account growth targets.
Must-Haves:
- At least 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG or the pet food industry.
- Proven experience in store visits, product selling/presentation, business development, and account management.
- Strong knowledge of the North Taiwan market.
- Comfortable spending most of the working day in the field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license – required.
