HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner
Location: This position is a hybrid role based at our Jackson MI headquarters. It requires travel to TRUE locations throughout southeast and mid-Michigan.
Reports To: VP of People
Travel: 15-30%
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

You'll help strengthen employee engagement, support organizational growth, leverage workforce insights, and guide leaders through change while contributing to a workplace where employees can do their best work.
Expected Starting Salary:
- HR Business Partner: $70,000 - $95,000+, dependent upon experience
- Senior HR Business Partner: $86,000 - $110,000+, dependent upon experience
Candidates will be considered for either the HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner role based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
What You'll Do
As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will:
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization.
- Coach leaders on performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.
- Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Partner with leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Help improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and support organizational effectiveness.
- Navigate employee relations matters with empathy, objectivity, and sound judgment.
- Lead and contribute to HR and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications
HR Business Partner
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience supporting employee relations, leader coaching, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) preferred.
Senior HR Business Partner
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partner responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and leading complex organizational and people initiatives.
- Strong experience with workforce planning, HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar) preferred.
