Your Day to Day
As a Sr Field Service Engineer, you will:
• Be responsible to ensure customer network environment compatibility with our UCC Products
• Onboard accounts inside of company SLAs.
• Support field operations by diagnosing technical issues, optimizing system performance across customer environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Operations, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable technical solutions and improve departmental processes and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
As a Sr Field Service Engineer, your background will look like:
• 3+ years of experience in field service engineering, telecommunications, networking, systems support, or related technical roles.
• Strong technical experience in networking and telecommunications or software development and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies and certifications such as CCNA or CCIE, along with programming experience in JavaScript, Java, and Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, telecommunications, and system issues while supporting integrations, automation, and operational support activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+), strong teamwork skills, and flexibility to support occasional weekend or after-hours operational needs in a fully remote environment based in Guatemala.
