(Biglow and Tucannon Wind Farms)

As a Data Coordinator, you will support operations at the Biglow Wind Farm and Tucannon Wind Farm by accurately entering and maintaining information within customer databases. You will create and update work orders, maintain organized records, and help ensure operational data is entered accurately and on time.

Are You Ready to:
- Review information for accuracy and completeness before entering it into customer systems
- Prioritize tasks and meet routine data-entry deadlines
- Communicate with site personnel to resolve missing or inconsistent information
- Follow customer requirements, company procedures, and data confidentiality standards
- Provide dependable administrative and database support for both wind farm locations
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED. An Associate Degree is a bonus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of wind turbines and wind farm operations.
- Previous turbine or wind industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Comfort using computers, databases, and common office software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter information accurately.
- Dependability, organization, and the ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customer contacts.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and follow established processes.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple site teams.
