WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As our Garnishment Specialist, you will manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing court orders, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders, and accurately entering them into our payroll systems. You will determine the correct withholding amounts, prepare necessary notices and response forms, and communicate with courts, creditors, and employees as needed. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, regularly auditing garnishment setups to maintain accurate payroll processing. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will help us deliver exceptional service to both clients and employees.

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT?

• Hands-on experience processing wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and bankruptcy notices, preferably within a payroll service provider environment
• A strong knowledge of federal (CCPA), state, and local garnishment and wage withholding laws is preferred
