Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril is hiring a Manager, IR Operations to build and run the operational infrastructure behind the company's investor relations and board functions. This role sits within Anduril's Investor Relations & Capital Markets team and spans both internal operations and external engagement. You will stand up core IR systems and processes, serve as a coordination point between IR and teams across Communications, Marketing, Events, and Finance, and own board meeting preparation. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to Anduril's executive team, board, and investor base. You will be responsible for ensuring that the people closest to the company's most important decisions have the right information, materials, and experience at every touchpoint. You will also represent IR externally, hosting select investor and bank engagements at headquarters.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for candidates who combine strong analytical and operational instincts with executive presence — someone who can build and manage complex processes from scratch while engaging credibly with senior leadership and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, finance, and external affairs inside one of the fastest-growing defense technology companies in the country. Success in this role means ensuring that Anduril's board operations run seamlessly, investor engagement is well-organized and strategically informed, and the IR function scales ahead of the company's growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own board meeting preparation and logistics
Manage end-to-end preparation for Board meetings, including coordination of the CEO letter, board deck, and final distributed materials, as well as the full board member experience in partnership with Events and Marketing
  • Stand up and manage IR operations infrastructure
Implement and maintain an IR CRM, track executive appearances at banking and IR conferences, run fundraising close processes, and coordinate quarterly investor reporting
  • Plan and execute major investor events
Own preparation and execution of large-scale investor engagements, coordinating content, logistics, and cross-functional support
  • Serve as IR's cross-functional interface
Partner with Communications on investor-facing products, coordinate with Marketing on materials and content production; interface with Events for major engagements and tours; maintain touchpoints across business divisions to keep IR informed of key developments
  • Prepare and host investor and bank visits
Coordinate complex visit agendas, prepare executive briefing materials, and lead select tours and meetings for investors and banking relationships at headquarters

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, investor relations or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes with high attention to detail
  • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite leaders, board members, and external investors
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize operational and financial information for senior audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to operate across a wide range of tasks — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO company
  • Familiarity with board operations functions
  • Background in defense, aerospace, or other capital-intensive industries
  • Experience with CRM systems and investor tracking tools
  • Familiarity with IPO readiness processes and public company board requirements

WHAT WE VALUE

  • High ownership and accountability across both internal operations and external-facing execution
  • Ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Strong judgment around what matters to executives, board members, and investors
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn the business deeply
  • Bias toward action and results
  • Alignment with Anduril's mission
