Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals within our Global Supply Chain organization. This leadership role is located onsite in Melbourne, FL.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversight of labor planning, forecasting, staffing and resource planning
- Responsible for ensuring process consistency across all Business Areas
- Cost account management and EAC analysis using Earned Value Management
- Risk/issues/ops management including identification, mitigation planning and execution
- Change management & labor estimating
- Supplier Management Team Integration
- Material forecasting and financial integration across the enterprise
- Briefing Program Leadership on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
- Cross functional coordination with all functions within GSC
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR a Master’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement,
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects
- Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
- Cost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- At minimum, an active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing culture
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs and/or organizations
- Experience briefing executive-level audiences
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators
Primary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
