2-4 years of experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
Willing to work with Night Shift
Hands-on operational experience with:
IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi)
IBM Connect:Direct
Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP)
Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS)
Sterling Control Center
AXWAY MFT
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze B2Bi business processes and transmission workflows.
Experience supporting 24x7 mission-critical applications.
Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Understanding of file transfer security concepts such as certificates, encryption, authentication, and ciphers.
Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement temporary fixes or workarounds.
Experience collaborating with L3 teams for root cause analysis and permanent resolution.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with AWS-hosted MFT environments.
Exposure to ITSM tools such as ITSM or Remedy.
Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards (Control Center, Datadog, Splunk, etc.).
