Now Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Clerk with Detailer duties

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do

Shipping/ Receiving

• Provide delivery updates, order status, and inventory information to technicians, service advisors, and vendors.
• Coordinate daily parts deliveries and pickups with dealership staff and outside vendors.
• Help with Physical Parts Inventory annually
• Immediately notify parts manager of damaged parts or shortages
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and operate it safely in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards.

Detailing

• Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to maintain a high standard of appearance.
• Wash and clean engines and engine compartments according to dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for visible defects and restore the appearance of upholstery, carpets, painted surfaces, and engine areas.
• Retrieve and stage customer vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are ready when service is complete.
• Conduct final quality inspections, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and report safety, quality, or operational concerns to management.

What You'll Bring

• 1 year of previous experience receiving shipments, verify packing slips, stock inventory, and distribute parts to technicians.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a reliable work ethic
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
