About the Role
Every marketing-generated lead represents real interest in Zocks, and we don't think any of it should go to waste. Most SDR roles focus on speed-to-lead: working fresh inbound and moving on. This role exists to do something different.
As our No Lead Left Behind SDR, you'll own Zocks' full backlog of unconverted marketing leads. You'll work those leads with a dial-heavy, AI-assisted cadence so that every prospect gets a real conversation before being written off. You'll be the person who turns "not now" into "let's talk," and your work will directly improve conversion across our entire marketing funnel.

What You'll Do
- Spend 2–4 hours a day on the phones using an AI-powered dialer, connecting with prospects who are mostly financial advisors and wealth management professionals.
- Systematically work through our backlog of unconverted marketing leads, not just fresh first-touch inbound. This is the core of the role.
- Run AI-assisted LinkedIn prospecting across multiple accounts to connect with and re-engage both new and existing prospects.
- Qualify interest and hand off well-prepared opportunities to Account Executives.
- Log every touch and outcome accurately in our CRM, so lead status stays current and AE hand-offs are seamless.
- Share what you're hearing from prospects with Sales and Marketing to help sharpen messaging and targeting.
What Success Looks Like
- Full, consistent conversation coverage across the marketing lead backlog
- A measurable lift in conversion of marketing-generated leads into qualified meetings and pipeline
- Clean, reliable CRM data the sales team can trust
What You Bring
- Comfort with high daily dial volume, and an interest in using AI tools such as dialers and LinkedIn automation to work smarter
- Persistence and resilience. You see a lead another rep moved past as an opportunity, not a dead end.
- Strong organization and follow-through across a large volume of prospects
- Prior SDR or BDR experience preferred
- Familiarity with financial services or wealth management is a plus but not required. We'll teach you the industry.
