About the Role
As Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth of the Tork business in Brazil through marketing strategies and strong commercial partnerships. Based in São Paulo, you will collaborate closely with the Latin American Marketing team and the Brazilian teams as Sales and stakeholders to develop and execute impactful customer marketing initiatives that create value, strengthen our TORK brand presence, and drive sustainable business results.
In this role, you will translate market insights and commercial objectives into effective activation plans, supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and sales enablement activities. You will act as a key link between customers and the business, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with our financial budgets and vision to promote Essity's growth ambitions across the Brazilian market.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Marketing Excellence: Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that bring Joint Business Plans to life through impactful promotions, product launches, and integrated go-to-market initiatives across digital and physical channels. By fostering strong marketing and merchandising partnerships with key customers, you will drive category growth and accelerate business expansion.
- Customer Campaign Management: Create and execute customer marketing campaigns and engagement programs that drive advocacy, sales development, and business performance.
- Digital Activation: Monitor and continuously improve online listings, share of search, taxonomy, and content quality to strengthen visibility and customer experience across digital channels.
- Commercial Insights: Analyze customer performance, product mix, and market opportunities, providing recommendations that support sustainable growth and commercial excellence.
- Sales Enablement: Develop customized co-branded sales materials, catalogues, brochures, and digital tools that strengthen customer engagement and support sales success.
- Marketing Planning: Support the development and execution of local marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver integrated customer marketing initiatives and drive business results across Brazil.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Marketing, or related areas, ideally within B2B, FMCG, consumer goods, or similar industries. Experience working with Joint Business Plans and strategic customer relationships is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of commercial planning, customer engagement programs, marketing activation, campaign management, and business performance analysis.
- Customer-focused and collaborative professional with strong influencing skills, business acumen, resilience, decision-making capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance a hands-on approach with a broader commercial vision.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required due to extensive collaboration across Latin America and global interactions.
