Description
General Responsibilities
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Required
- 5+ years of project, program, product development, or launch management experience within automotive, electronics, industrial manufacturing, mechatronics, or a related engineering environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product development projects from concept through production launch.
- Experience working directly with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or other complex industrial customers.
- Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD), industrialization, and production launch processes.
- Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and customer commitments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience managing project financial performance, including forecasts, business case impacts, and change approvals.
- Ability to lead project teams without direct reporting authority and drive accountability across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in a global environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation management skills in technically complex situations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical teams, customers, and senior leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience applying APQP, PPAP, customer milestone reviews, and automotive launch processes.
- Understanding of automotive quality systems, including IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Experience with engineering change management, product lifecycle management (PLM), and configuration management processes.
- Experience supporting manufacturing readiness, production launch, and operational handoff activities.
- Experience leading development programs across multiple regions and globally distributed engineering teams.
- Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
Preferred Tools & Methods
- Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile PPM, or equivalent project management tools.
- Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid product development methodologies.
- Project governance frameworks, gate reviews, and launch readiness assessments.
- Requirements management, requirements traceability, and engineering documentation control systems.
- Product lifecycle management (PLM) and engineering change control tools.
Gross Annual Salary Range:
31,700.00 EUR - 43,587.50 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.

The starting salary offered will be based on objective, gender-neutral criteria , (e.g internal equivalency, relevant skills, experience, qualifications etc.). Applicants will not be asked for salary history.
