Job Description:

Manage and control company documents in both hardcopy and electronic formats.

Ensure proper document filing, version control, and record maintenance.

Distribute, track, and update documents according to company procedures.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.

Maintain document control registers and ensure timely submission of reports.

Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Job Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
-
At least 1–2 years of experience in document control or administrative support.

Familiar with document management systems (DMS) is an added advantage.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Mandarin speaking and writing.
Location: Banting, Selangor (early stage will work in Kapar, Selangor first)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM5,000
