Sales Support & Data Administrator
Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator to join a fantastic business on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team, helping to ensure sales-related processes, records and systems run smoothly.
Benefits
- Temporary position for 6 months
- £13.45 per hour
- Full-time hours
- Hybrid working – 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
Responsibilities
- Process booking information and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Ensure customer and operational data is kept up to date.
- Manage shared inboxes, administrative tasks and workflow requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare, update and organise booking paperwork and digital documentation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer and supplier databases.
- Support the preparation of reports and gathering of system information.
- Respond to day-to-day administrative queries and liaise with colleagues across the business.
- Carry out routine checks to ensure records and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Good data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
