Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process within a fast-paced global manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong expertise in AP operations, financial controls, process automation, and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end P2P operations including PR, PO, invoice processing, and payment execution
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal financial controls
- Handle complex vendor disputes and payment escalations
- Lead and develop AP teams, including offshore/shared service resources
- Manage month-end closing activities, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
- Act as AP SME for ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Support system integration and process enhancement projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of Accounts Payable or P2P experience
- Minimum 4 years in leadership or management level
- Experience in electronics, automation, hardware, or manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills and financial control knowledge
- Hands-on, proactive, and process improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in publicly listed company / SOX environment
- Experience managing regional or offshore teams
- NetSuite ERP experience is highly preferred
