Tech Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber Software Engineering Lead who is passionate about building scalable infrastructure while inspiring a team of developers. This is a hybrid leadership and hands-on production role where you will split your time between defining architectural roadmaps, writing high-quality code, and mentoring engineers. Responsibilities:

• Architect resilient, future-proof digital platforms that accommodate rapid business growth and turn complex challenges into clean, scalable system designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering executives to map out release timelines, optimize sprint backlogs, and accurately estimate technical user stories.
• Guide a dedicated development squad within our operations and supply chain ecosystem while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and engineering best practices.
• Remain actively involved in the codebase, building robust backend components, conducting code reviews, and establishing core code quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Deep, production-level knowledge of object-oriented backend environments, specifically Java, Golang, or Node.js.
• Practical, working knowledge of modern JavaScript ecosystems including React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Proficient in relational database design and complex querying using SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and automated deployment tools like ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar.
• Strong grasp of microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and Open API standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to align with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior exposure to supply chain domains, logistics tech, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory control platforms is a plus.
