Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs covering talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Lead and mentor the HR team in Hong Kong, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier professionals, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and motivate employees while aligning with market trends and company philosophy.
Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, and resolving complex issues.
Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and support succession planning.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant Hong Kong labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry, preferably in banking.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience operating at a strategic level and partnering with senior leadership.
In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and HKMA regulations.
Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.; Mandarin highly desirable.
