Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources for Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia Private Limited Taiwan Branch will lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local Taiwanese regulations. This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the Taiwan Branch.
Oversee and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to the Taiwan Branch leadership team, providing guidance and expertise on all HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations in Taiwan.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
Lead the talent acquisition process, from identifying staffing needs to managing the full recruitment cycle.
Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with Airbus values.
Prepare and manage HR budgets and reports for the Taiwan Branch.
Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience in multinational environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience working in Taiwan, with a deep understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
