Your tasks

• Lead and further develop the global HR function across Europe, the US, Hong Kong and other international markets.
• Ensure a sound understanding and appropriate application of employment law and HR requirements across the company's key markets, particularly Europe, the US and Hong Kong.
• Advise the CEO and global managers on people-related matters, including performance, development, organizational changes and challenging employee situations.
• Own and continuously improve the international recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on quality of hire and finding the right person for the right seat.
• Identify and implement the right sourcing channels, recruitment tools, assessment methods and technologies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
• Define clear role profiles, competencies and hiring criteria together with management and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain international talent pipelines for key positions and functions.
• Establish meaningful recruitment KPIs and use data to continuously improve quality of hire, retention, time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.
• Work closely with a lean team of HR experts while owning and driving the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development through to offboarding.
• Establish and maintain appropriate international HR policies, contracts, processes and governance while accounting for local legal requirements.
• Further develop the company's performance management approach, including goal setting, feedback, performance reviews and 
• Drive the digitalization and automation of HR processes to reduce administrative work and improve efficiency and employee experience.

Your profile

• Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in an international organization.
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries, cultures and legal environments.
• Deep expertise in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on quality of hire rather than simply filling vacancies.
• Strong experience with an internationally distributed workforce, ideally including Europe, the US and APAC/Hong Kong.
• Proven understanding of how to define role requirements, competencies and success profiles and translate them into effective recruitment processes.
• Strong experience using modern sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, assessment tools and data-driven selection techniques.
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and coaching HR teams, with a hands-on approach to building a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
