Pivotal is seeking a System Test & Validation Engineer with a strong focus on hands-on prototyping and fabrication. In this role, you will transform early-stage designs into working prototypes through 3D printing, composite layup, system assembly, and propulsion integration. You’ll work directly in the shop, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure designs can be physically built, tested, and iterated quickly. The role also requires hands-on experience with internal combustion engines, as you will support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of engine-related systems alongside composite and structural assemblies.
