Overview
As Product Manager for Vention's Robotics & Automation Programming Platform, you'll lead the product roadmap for software that enables customers to program machines and robots. The role involves working with customers, integrators, and internal stakeholders to capture requirements and drive software development teams. Key responsibilities include conducting user interviews, benchmarking competitors, analyzing product performance, maintaining a unified roadmap, and supporting sales/marketing efforts. You'll help shape the platform's evolution toward AI-augmented authoring while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term vision. This is a 3 days/week onsite position in Montreal with 2 days flexible work arrangement.
