We are a growing B2B SaaS company dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative software solutions that streamline operations for corporate communication departments, especially mission critical investor relations and public relations teams.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product development for Ownership Intelligence business. This critical role will be responsible for executing feature development defined by our product roadmap, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our B2B customers, and ultimately contributing to the continued success and growth of the company. You will work with Product Management leadership to influence the product roadmap, develop requirements and direct Engineering teams to develop and release features that solve real-world problems for our clients.

Location

This role will be based in our Woburn, MA office, located at 130 New Boston Street. This role offers in person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.

Key Goal

To maximize product value through effective backlog management and delivery prioritization.

Core Responsibility

To critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish specific user requests from essential, common functional needs.

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

• Refine backlog and prioritise stories
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Clarify requirements for developers
• Review sprint progress and remove blockers
• Test and validate completed features
• Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Product stakeholder, Product Marketing, and client facing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution

Required Knowledge and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business/Finance, or related discipline.
• Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

 

Experience  

• 3+ years strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and processes.

• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

• General understanding of the development and deployment of enterprise business software.

Compensation

Our salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.
