Part-Time Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Part-time (available anywhere from 12 to 32 hours)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically, using "My Pleasure"
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to help people be better because of us
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Follow the vision and direction of restaurant leadership
• Other duties as assigned
