Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing presentations and planning sessions, translating business and campaign objectives into clear media strategies and actionable plans, while managing key workstreams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build integrated media plans leveraging planning tools, market intelligence and audience insights to develop data-driven channel strategies and media recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of key media platforms, including Social, Programmatic and Search, applying audience strategies, platform capabilities and optimisation best practices to maximise campaign performance.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across channels, partnering with clients, internal teams and media partners to oversee campaign setup, media bookings, trafficking and material submission timelines, while identifying optimisation opportunities throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to grow client investment by introducing relevant media products and solutions, developing compelling proposals and collaborating with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Manage relationships with media partners and platform teams to source proposals, negotiate rates, secure added-value opportunities and gather market intelligence to inform media planning.
- Oversee campaign reporting, post-campaign analyses and billing reconciliations, translating campaign data into clear performance insights and actionable learnings for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to industry award submissions across major industry awards, including Markies, MEA, Effies Awards and SMMA among others.
Qualifications
- Minimally 4 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Experience supporting local accounts, with an understanding of how to manage campaigns across local markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with local teams, clients, and partners.
- Confident presenter who can turn media thinking, campaign performance, and recommendations into clear and compelling narratives.
- Self-aware, proactive, and intellectually curious, with the maturity to take feedback constructively and the initiative to solve problems independently.
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership, managing priorities, and operating with agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and organized, with strong project management discipline and the ability to manage timelines across concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable working with numbers, campaign data, and performance metrics, with a strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude toward change, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
