Job Description

The Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. The Non-Inventory Facilities Team solely works with utility vendors for all retail locations, warehouse, and corporate.

Qualifications

Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred. 1-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or in another related position. General Math Skills and a love for numbers! General Microsoft Office knowledge, basic Outlook and Excel

Physical - Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up tp 25lbs, and to walk short distances.

$25.00 - $30.00
