Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Keystone Behavioral Health
Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team.
As a fast-paced and expanding Community Health Center, we are committed to improving the health and wellness of the communities we serve.
The CMA will play an essential role in supporting patient care and clinical operations. Responsibilities include managing patient phone calls, requesting medical records for new patients, tracking referrals, monitoring laboratory results and diagnoses, obtaining medication prior authorizations as needed, and assisting other nursing staff across the organization when required. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask effectively, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA)
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Previous office nursing experience preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
