Build compliance into the platform from day one.

We're building a new regulated iGaming platform for the European market, starting with Greece and expanding across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

Compliance isn't treated as a final approval step. It's embedded into the product from the very beginning.

We're looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the Security & Compliance domain and help ensure the platform is designed to meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements from day one.

What you'll be working on

* Define product requirements across GDPR, AML, KYC, Reconciliation, and Security & Compliance domains.

* Translate regulatory obligations into clear product requirements and engineering deliverables.

* Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, QA, and Product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

* Coordinate compliance initiatives across multiple product domains.

* Support ISO27001 implementation and continuous compliance activities.

* Use modern AI-powered research and productivity tools to accelerate regulatory analysis, documentation, and decision-making.

What we're looking for

* 6+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience within regulated industries.

* Strong iGaming experience.

* Experience with multiple European regulated markets.

* Practical knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and ISO27001.

* Experience translating regulatory requirements into product features.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Fluent English.

Nice to have

* Banking, Payments or FinTech experience.

* Legal or Audit background.

* Experience working with external regulators or certification bodies.

* AI productivity tools.

* Greek language.
