Position Overview
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor supports the oversight and supervision of staff, ensuring team performance and the proper execution of delegated tasks. As a brand ambassador, the Supervisor embodies the company’s values and represents upper management with professionalism. All actions and decisions are guided by collective success, service excellence, and the well-being of both customers and employees.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure service quality and atmosphere meet company and management standards.

• Manage workflow to guarantee smooth and efficient service.

• Evaluate daily performance through observation and actions, then provide coaching.

• Help identify career development opportunities for team members.

• Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.

• Oversee quality control and ensure standards, protocols, and regulations are respected.

• Communicate organizational needs so employees are set up for success.

• Supervise and act as a reference point for employees, offering guidance, support, and compassion.

• Step in to assist management when needed.

• Act as a liaison between staff and management, fostering strong communication.

Qualifications for Success

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector (an asset).

• Hands-on floor experience with a solid understanding of restaurant operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills in French and the ability to communicate in English.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize during high-volume periods.

Work Schedule

• Full-time or Part-time

• Availability from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week.

• Participation in both opening and closing shifts on a rotational basis.

• Flexible hours: days, evenings, and weekends depending on restaurant needs.
