About the opportunity
Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Night shift experience would be desirable
Knowledge in restrictive practice legislation
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check/ NDIS
Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
