Your Role as an Enrolled Nurse (Casual Pool)
Join our Residential Aged Care team at our Sinnamon Park facility and play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life for our residents.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide a high level of clinical and personal care, administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, monitor residents wellbeing, and contribute to the development and implementation of care plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

What We're Looking For
Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated clinical nursing skills within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
Ability to administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Experience observing, monitoring, documenting and reporting changes in resident health and wellbeing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to contribute to and implement resident care plans
Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement principles
Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety practices
A person-centred approach to care that respects residents' privacy, dignity and choice
Alignment with WMQ's Vision, Mission and Values
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care
Experience supporting staff orientation, coaching or supervision
Knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements
Experience using electronic clinical documentation systems
Essential Requirements
Current Enrolled Nurse Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy
Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
