About the opportunity
- Provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach
- Assessment and monitoring of patients' physical and mental state
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers
What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Be able to lead a team of PCAs
- Collaborate effectively with clinical leadership team
- Good time management skills
- Administer medications
- Efficient wound management
- Able to do assessment and care planning review
- Effectively assess residents for clinical deterioration and liaise with multidisciplinary team
- Great documentation skills
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
