Finance Intern – Credit & Collections
Noida-India
Job Description Summary
Support the Credit & Collections team in managing accounts receivable activities, customer account monitoring, collection follow-up, dispute tracking, credit analysis, and reporting. Helps maintain accurate customer records, analysing ageing reports, supporting cash collection initiatives, and driving process improvements. Gain exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C), credit risk management, SAP processes, and working capital management within a global organisation
You will be reporting to MANAGER CREDIT COLLECTION, INDIA & SEA and have a hybrid schedule working in Noida.
Your Responsibilities:
· Help monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and past-due balances.
· Support collection activities through customer follow-ups and payment tracking.
· Prepare and maintain AR, cash collection, and ageing reports.
· Help with dispute logging, tracking, and resolution follow-up with internal stakeholders.
· Perform data validation and reconciliation activities in SAP and reporting tools.
· Support customer account reviews, credit limit monitoring, and risk assessments.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
· Bachelor's or master's degree in:
§ Finance
§ Accounting
§ Commerce
§ Business Administration
§ Economics
· Strong academic performance and analytical aptitude.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
· Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, or Credit Management concepts.
· Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
· Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
· Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
