The role

We send you a list of company headquarters in your area. Your job is to walk in, talk your way past the front desk and into a meeting with an executive, and walk out with a follow-up meeting booked for one of our founders. That’s the whole job, and it’s harder and more valuable than it sounds.

The role is hybrid in your area, no relocation required. Drive to ~5-10 locations per day; spend the rest of your hours at home doing research, phone/email follow-ups, and logging your progress (conversations had, locations visited, details on each person you spoke to) for the team. Everything is logged in our CRM before you sign off each day.

What you need

• 2+ years in a professional environment. Bonus points for software sales, investment banking, private equity, VC, consulting, or tech.

• Infectious charisma and professional presence in front of senior executives.

• High EQ and the ability to think in second-order effects.

• Able to be in the field minimum 3 days a week

• Authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor visas for this role.

• 21 or older.

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

• Comfortable walking into a building cold and talking your way into the room of whoever runs it

• Disciplined about logging activity. No CRM entry, no credit.

Nice to have

• Experience in distribution, supply chain, defense, or similar fields

• Data analysis or programming skills.

Who you are

• Rejection is fuel, not friction.

• High-agency. Nobody is watching you drive between stops.

• Sharp judgment about who the real decision-maker is and how to reach them.

• Coachable. We iterate the playbook weekly while you help write it.

Compensation

• Base pay: local minimum wage

• $1,000 for every qualified decision-maker (C-suite, SVP, VP) meeting you book that gets held. Uncapped.

• $500 when a manager or director meeting you set ladders up to a held decision-maker meeting; additional $500 if a deal closes through your contact.

• Two decision-maker meetings a week clears $135,000 a year. Match the door rate our own team hits, about one meeting per field day, and you hit around $250,000. Zero means base only, and if that is your trajectory, this is the wrong job.

• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate; company card for approved field expenses.

If a guaranteed salary matters more to you than upside, do not apply. This role pays based on results, not hours.
