About the Role
As Procurement Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for SAP Ariba, Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), and EUDR-related activities. You will ensure high-quality service delivery across procurement administration while acting as a key partner to stakeholders across Europe. This role combines leadership, operational execution, and process expertise, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and performance aligned with strategic targets.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Procurement Administrators to drive performance, engagement, and capability growth.
Process Governance: Validate supplier requests and registration questionnaires, ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
PR Validation: Review and distribute purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with correct buying channels and providing guidance to stakeholders.
Supplier Enablement: Act as key contact for SAP Business Network enablement and Ariba SCC, supporting supplier onboarding.
Helpdesk Management: Oversee SAP Ariba Helpdesk activities and follow up on ServEss tickets to ensure timely resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across Europe to support procurement processes and system usage.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive automation and efficiency improvements within procurement administration.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional education.
Proven experience in procurement with at least 2+ years managing teams.
Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or similar procurement systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach, present, and influence
Fluent in English, both written and spoken - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
