Client Solutions Specialist – Inside Sales

Guardian Tax is expanding our sales team and seeking motivated Client Solutions Specialists who enjoy helping people, achieving goals, and building a successful career in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

In this role, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax-related challenges. You'll work exclusively with qualified inbound leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding each client's situation, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What You'll Do

• Speak with inbound prospects seeking assistance with tax-related concerns
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Ask the right questions to understand each client's unique situation
• Educate clients on available solutions and next steps
• Present solutions clearly and professionally
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment

Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
