What you will be doing:
- Oversee full accounting function across multiple entities, trusts, and investment structures
- Prepare monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and board reports
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting
- Monitor liquidity, treasury, and cash flow requirements
- Support investment portfolio tracking, performance analysis, and asset allocation
- Analyse new investment opportunities and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Liaise with wealth managers, stockbrokers, and investment advisors
- Oversee tax compliance for individuals, trusts, and companies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies including SARS and CIPC
- Manage audits and statutory submissions
- Assist with trust administration and estate planning initiatives
- Maintain governance records and legal documentation
- Build relationships with external stakeholders including bankers, attorneys, and auditors
- Uphold strict confidentiality in all matters
