Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients and maintaining the high standards of professionalism and collaboration that define the company culture. If you are a licensed Property & Casualty professional with a passion for client service and a strong background in commercial lines.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $78,000 annually
• Commission: New business and renewal commission, split evenly within the department
• Bonus: Performance-based, dependent on company success

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small business commercial lines accounts, providing end-to-end servicing ("soup to nuts").
• Handle new business, renewals, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with top carriers, including Citizens, Auto-Owners, Progressive, Frankenmuth, and Cincinnati.
• Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Proven experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small business accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the EPIC agency management system is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Work Environment: Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely, as required.
