A growing and highly respected insurance organization is seeking a Commercial Insurance Client Executive to join its Knoxville team.

This is an opportunity for a relationship-driven insurance professional to develop new business, deepen existing client partnerships, and deliver customized risk management solutions to businesses across a variety of industries.

You'll work alongside experienced Producers, Account Managers, and service professionals while helping clients navigate risk, protect their organizations, and achieve their business goals.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Growth

• Generate new commercial insurance opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
• Identify client needs and develop tailored insurance and risk management solutions
• Lead sales conversations, presentations, and proposal meetings with business decision-makers
• Meet and exceed business development goals while maintaining a consultative approach

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing ongoing guidance and strategic recommendations
• Build long-term relationships that support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction
• Conduct regular client reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Account Managers, Marketing Specialists, and carrier partners to develop competitive solutions
• Participate in renewal strategy discussions and coverage reviews
• Stay current on market trends, coverage developments, and risk management best practices
• Represent the organization professionally within the business community and industry events

What We're Looking For

✅ Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)

✅ Proven success in consultative sales, business development, or commercial insurance production

✅ Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty coverages and risk management concepts

✅ Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

✅ Ability to influence decision-makers and present solutions with confidence

✅ Highly organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through

✅ Experience using CRM and agency management platforms

✅ Ability to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ 5+ years of Commercial Insurance sales or agency experience

⭐ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience

⭐ CIC, CPCU, CRM, or other industry designation

⭐ Life & Health License a plus
