Position Overview:
This position serves as the primary leader for Commercial and Wealth deposit pricing governance, profitability analytics, and strategic pricing execution. The role partners across Treasury, Finance, Product, and frontline business teams to deliver data-driven pricing strategies that support sustainable growth, funding optimization, and relationship profitability.
What you’ll do:
Commercial & Wealth Deposit Pricing Strategy Execution
- Execute pricing strategies across Commercial, Wealth, Treasury Management, and Business Banking deposit portfolios.
- Recommend pricing actions based on market dynamics, client behaviors, competitive intelligence, and rate environments.
- Support development of segmentation, relationship pricing, and portfolio optimization strategies.
- Partner with Product Managers to align pricing initiatives with product objectives.
- Monitor pricing performance and recommend modifications to improve profitability and growth.
- Support enterprise deposit growth, retention, and funding objectives.
Pricing Governance & Controls
- Administer enterprise pricing governance policies and procedures.
- Lead pricing exception review processes.
- Facilitate Deposit Pricing Committee meetings.
- Maintain approval authorities and escalation standards.
- Produce governance reporting for executive management.
- Ensure pricing decisions align with internal controls and risk standards.
- Coordinate with Compliance, Audit, Legal, and Risk Management team
Commercial & Wealth LOB Advisory
- Advise bankers and market leaders on complex relationship pricing opportunities.
- Provide profitability analysis on strategic client relationships.
- Support negotiations involving significant deposit relationships.
- Evaluate relationship economics and return profiles.
- Assist with pricing recommendations for large and competitive opportunities.
- Promote consistent pricing discipline across the organization.
Deposit Analytics & Decision Support
- Lead development of pricing and profitability reporting.
- Build dashboards measuring portfolio performance.
- Analyze deposit trends, pricing effectiveness, and competitive positioning.
- Develop forecasting and scenario modeling capabilities.
- Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives through advanced analytics.
Treasury & Balance Sheet Partnership
- Partner with Treasury on pricing, funding and liquidity objectives.
- Support ALCO reporting and analysis.
- Evaluate deposit beta, migration, retention, and sensitivity trends.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
- Assess pricing impacts on balance sheet performance
Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience with the following:
- Vendor management, industry trends, business case writing and road map management
- Strong expertise in collaborative work environment
- Experience translating data into executive-level insights
- Proven ability to lead large projects to execution
- Experience with Curinos, Zafin, FIS IBS, XAA, Brinks a positive
- Prior consulting backgrounds a Plus

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $190,000 -$230,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
