We're looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners.
- Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing relationships.
- Make regular visits to referral partners throughout your assigned territory.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about hospice services and eligibility.
- Identify opportunities to increase referrals and grow hospice census.
- Conduct community outreach, networking, and educational presentations.
- Follow up consistently with referral sources and maintain strong relationships.
- Work closely with clinical and leadership teams to help ensure a smooth referral and admission experience.
- Represent Concho Hearts Hospice professionally throughout the community.
- Track marketing activity, referrals, and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
- Existing healthcare and community relationships are a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and consistent with follow-up.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by growth.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
