Job Description:
Overview:
This role will join the Onsite Operations team to support the IT infrastructure at the PTC site. The candidate is expected to have experience maintaining large-scale systems, strong communication skills, and excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and server support to optimize IT infrastructure
- Handle Level 2 end-user support escalated from Level 1
- Work closely with onsite operations team to configure, troubleshoot, and monitor systems
- Manage incidents and escalate complex issues as needed
- Follow standard escalation procedures and ensure issue resolution
- Maintain IT documentation, including infrastructure and inventory records
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience supporting Windows environments; knowledge of Linux is an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills across all levels
