About the Role

Reporting to the CRM & Loyalty Manager, the CRM Coordinators (internally known as Email & CRM Marketing Coordinators) play a key role in delivering CRM campaigns across email (EDM) and SMS. In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution while partnering with a broad range of stakeholders across the business.

We're recruiting for two exciting opportunities:

• X1 CRM Coordinator will own the end-to-end CRM program for Tommy Hilfiger.
• X1 CRM Coordinator will own end-to-end business-as-usual (BAU) CRM program for Van Heusen, while managing CRM administration across the broader PVH brand portfolio.

Based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street), these positions are fixed term contracts ending in January 2028, offering a hybrid working arrangement with a combination of office and work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CRM campaign calendar, coordinating offers, content, assets, audiences, approvals and deadlines with cross-functional teams.
• Build, test, schedule and deploy email (EDM) and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Monitor campaign deployments, resolve routine issues and ensure campaign accuracy.
• Activate approved customer audiences using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Complete thorough quality assurance across content, links, imagery, personalisation, tracking and audience logic before deployment.
• Prepare regular campaign reporting, identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and commercial performance.
• Plan and execute A/B testing across subject lines, timing, creative, content, offers and audiences.
• Support customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, retention, repeat purchase, win-back and member communications.
• Support loyalty initiatives, marketing automation and assigned CRM projects, including journey builds, audits and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, consent, ACCC, data handling and brand requirements, escalating risks where required.

About You

• 2–3 years' experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing or E-Commerce, ideally within retail, fashion or another high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience managing high-volume email campaigns, including A/B testing, triggered messaging and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform; exposure to Journey Builder and Salesforce Data Cloud (or another CDP) is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
• The ability to manage ad hoc projects while maintaining ongoing deliverables and key performance indicators.
