We are now looking for a Quality Engineer. This position is located in Changshu.

What you will do
- Monitor and improve product quality process capability by mini tab tools through creating indicative products
- Organize meeting for escalation case, control raw material and plans and laminate specs
- Review and update quality specs and control plans based on customer and end user needs
- Work closely with coating, finishing, continuous improvement team for process quality improvement and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Sales to meet customer’s quality needs
- Work closely with Product Development, Research & Development to ensure quality and monitor supplier’s quality and proceed improvement
- Follow up and report quality trend ( Raw material, customer claim, waste )
- Ensure corrective actions for product quality related issues taken in place and fill in time
Who you are
- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as printing, packaging, chemical engineering or paper science
- You have 2-3 years quality experiences in related field
- You have English and Chinese language skills
