MINI of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for an organized and experienced full-time Automotive Title & Registration Clerk to join our team. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience registering vehicles in a dealership setting. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Hourly Rate Range: $25-$27/hr. dependent on experience level
In this role you will:
- Register vehicles timely and accurately
- Process out of state registrations
- Process dealer swaps and logistics
- Create folders and prepare documentation for vehicle purchases
- File registration documents and deal filing
- Issue prorated plates refund
- Schedule maintenance for DMV Fees and Sales Tax
- Process and organize loaner abatements
- Organize and account for titles for the used inventory; keep track of when they are received and communicate any delays to the appropriate staff- sales, finance and business office
- Address titling and documentation issues with partnered Financial Institutions
- Other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements
- CVR Certification with active log in
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive administration & registry
- Experience with Dealertrack a plus
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
- Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
