Automotive Title Clerk
Location: Winchester, VA
Pay: $22-$26 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle title transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with state regulations

What You'll Do
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely.
- Maintain used vehicle title inventories for multiple dealerships.
Resolve title, lien, payoff, and registration discrepancies.
- Track and maintain vehicle inventory spreadsheets.
- Work closely with accounting, sales, and management teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with dealership administrative and documentation processes.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive title clerk experience required
- Experience processing vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and payoffs in a dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking
- Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK preferred
- Experience with VITU or WV VRS is a plus
- Accounting knowledge or dealership accounting experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple dealerships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
