Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer, responsible for executing and managing the SEA projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing and managing water infrastructure, treatment, and industrial projects from initiation through completion.
Oversees project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Collaborates with customers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes, manage risks, resolve technical issues, and achieve customer satisfaction.
Provides technical leadership, project reporting, and continuous improvement support to enhance project delivery performance.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline).
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project execution and management within water, wastewater, infrastructure, treatment, or industrial projects.
Proven experience managing projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers.
Familiarity with procurement, contract administration, and construction management.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Understanding of engineering design, construction, commissioning, and handover processes.
Ability to manage project risks, technical issues, and change management effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management tools.
Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards.
Leadership & Soft Skills
Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SEA water infrastructure, treatment, and industrial projects.
Ensure delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to management and customers.
- Manage customer relationships, contractor performance, and project risks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery performance.
