Inventory & Warehouse Parts

As an Inventory & Warehouse Parts person you will help maintain accurate inventory records while supporting warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations. This is a versatile floater position that provides support wherever it's needed most, helping ensure materials, parts, and products move efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys a mix of inventory management and hands-on warehouse work.

Duties:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Pull, stock, organize, and move materials to support production and warehouse operations.
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and inventory control activities.
• Support production by delivering materials where and when they are needed.
• Serve as a flexible team member, supporting inventory, warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory control, or inventory accuracy processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to work wherever support is needed.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks.
