As People Services Generalist – External Workforce within our Bogotá Hub, you'll be at the heart of HR operations, managing the complete lifecycle of our external workforce. You'll ensure seamless coordination across systems and teams while delivering a high-quality service experience that supports our mission to chase the miracles of science.

With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Bogotá Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale:

• People Life Cycle Management
• Knowledge Base Management and Employee Query Handling
• External Workforce Management

Main responsibilities

• Manage master data and employee lifecycle activities in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all related systems
• Process tickets related to external workforce queries, resolving issues directly or escalating to dedicated teams (CREW, SimplifyVMS, Workday, Sailpoint)
• Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities for external workforce populations, ensuring a smooth and compliant process end-to-end
• Handle employee queries submitted via the ticketing system, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure ongoing compliance with Sanofi policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, including GDPR
• Maintain and regularly update all relevant documents, Desktop Procedures (DTPs), and knowledge databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Drive and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and the overall employee experience

About you

• HR Operations Experience: Hands-on experience in HR Services/HR Operations, preferably within a multicultural and international environment.
• HR Systems Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HR tools and systems, including Workday, SAP Fieldglass, and preferably ServiceNow.
• Analytical & Customer Service Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, attention-to-detail, stakeholder management, and customer-focused service mindset.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Languages: Advanced written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
