Lassie is looking for a data-and marketing-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our global Growth team. You will play a key role in ensuring our insurance and platform are the top choices of the majority of people in our target audiences.

You should have some prior experience in the field of performance marketing. We are looking for someone with a curious mind and a passion for performance marketing, especially paid social channels, analytics, and A/B testing and can be proactive in taking corrective actions based on evidence.

## Tasks

**Some of the things you’ll do:**

• Support managing and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels, especially Paid Social (Meta, TikTok)
• Working together with the local Brand managers and designers to ensure a consistent creative strategy
• Using AI (Claude) to speed up processes and tasks
• Monitoring the performance and continuously optimizing the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (bid strategies, account structure, campaigns)
• Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
• Developing ads with clear USPs (able to draft copy and write clear briefs) with keen attention to detail, taking on an iterative approach together with our designer
• Think outside the box and find areas of growth

## Requirements

**We hope you check these boxes:**

• 3-4 years of experience in paid social in a B2C company and/or scale-up
• Enthusiastic about integrating AI into workflows
• A data-driven individual with a very good understanding of digital data analytics, incl.
• Great ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions. You evaluate your work and work in iterations.
• Natural curiosity and hunger to make an impact
• Clear communicator and capable of reporting and influencing stakeholders, using data and best practices that are likely to generalize
