Senior Paralegal

Overview         

 

We are seeking a Senior Paralegal – Asia to support AtkinsRéalis’ legal activities in the Asia region.

 

Your role

 

• Carrying out contract review, negotiation and general commercial advice, including bid opportunities and agreements.
• Understand, consult on, and provide proactive advice regarding litigation, arbitration, other ADR processes, and regulatory matters in Asia.
• Negotiating and advising on professional services contracts under both international and local jurisdictions.
• Draft and advise on various ancillary legal documents including NDA’s, settlements, variations and contractual notices.
• Regular reporting and updating on status of matters in the region.
• Partner with and efficiently manage outside counsel and other legal service providers.

 

About you

 

• Possess Legal degree.
• Over 10 years’ experience of inhouse experience.
• Strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under time constraints and work well independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Demonstrated commitment to centering diversity and equity in executing key responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success building and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders and influence in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• Confidence blended with humility.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
